- I wake up every day thrilled to be alive and share my vibrant energy with the world

- The ocean is my morning ritual. A beach walk fuels my with positivity for whatever the day brings
- I used to put everyone else's needs above my own, but now my happy journey is my North Star that guides the way. (And I can teach you how to do that too!)
- My favorite thing in life is empowering women to own the present and stride confidently into the future
- I made my own big, bold leap in my fifties, moving to the beach, starting my own business, and embracing a life that feels purposeful, joyful, and unapologetically "ME"
